Another central aspect in project management is communication. Without clear and effective communication between everyone involved in the project, misunderstandings, ambiguities and conflicts can arise that endanger the success of the project. My approach promotes and requires open and transparent communication in order to achieve a common understanding of the project goals, tasks and responsibilities. Team members must communicate with each other regularly to maintain the flow of information and identify any obstacles early.
Nevertheless, documentation plays a crucial role in project management. Systematically recording information, decisions and progress not only preserves knowledge within the team, but also creates a foundation for future projects. Documentation makes it easier to trace decisions, share knowledge and avoid errors.
Overall, the combination of clear metrics, effective communication and comprehensive documentation is the key to success in project management. These principles create the necessary structure, transparency and control to ensure that projects are completed successfully and the intended goals can be achieved.

For me, a sustainable approach is not just a slogan, but a matter of the heart that was anchored in my actions long before the ESG movement.
However, it is unfortunate that not everyone feels the intrinsic motivation to contribute. Despite increasing awareness of environmental issues, there is often a lack of individual willingness to actively implement sustainable principles. This challenge has led me to not only act sustainably personally, but also to put a focus on driving this forward in my professional role.
It was time to demand sustainable action from influential protagonists, may this be companies, politics or society. Sustainability should not just be paid lip service, but should be incorporated into concrete measures and decisions. This demand is aimed not only at individuals, but also at organizations and institutions that play a crucial role in shaping a sustainable future.
The measurability of sustainable action is crucial in order to document actual progress and bring about change. I have therefore focused on developing tools and indicators in my work to make the impact of our actions on the environment, society and governance transparent. Only through clear metrics can we record successes and identify potential for improvement.
Overall, I see the integration of ESG principles not only as an obligation, but as an opportunity to have a positive influence on our actions and therefore on our environment.
