For me, a sustainable approach is not just a slogan, but a matter of the heart that was anchored in my actions long before the ESG movement.
However, it is unfortunate that not everyone feels the intrinsic motivation to contribute. Despite increasing awareness of environmental issues, there is often a lack of individual willingness to actively implement sustainable principles. This challenge has led me to not only act sustainably personally, but also to put a focus on driving this forward in my professional role.
It was time to demand sustainable action from influential protagonists, may this be companies, politics or society. Sustainability should not just be paid lip service, but should be incorporated into concrete measures and decisions. This demand is aimed not only at individuals, but also at organizations and institutions that play a crucial role in shaping a sustainable future.
The measurability of sustainable action is crucial in order to document actual progress and bring about change. I have therefore focused on developing tools and indicators in my work to make the impact of our actions on the environment, society and governance transparent. Only through clear metrics can we record successes and identify potential for improvement.
Overall, I see the integration of ESG principles not only as an obligation, but as an opportunity to have a positive influence on our actions and therefore on our environment.

This passion drives us to design plus-energy homes - homes that function as veritable power plants. The aim is to live CO₂-neutral and have virtually no ancillary energy costs. Self-sufficiency, independence from energy suppliers and crises are key principles that drive our vision.
We not only plan your plus-energy house, we also calculate your yields and can provide you with well-founded cost calculations that show you the investment and amortisation.
