RESIDENTIAL
Customer: CUBE Real Estate, extension and conversion of an office building into apartments, Düsseldorf
In the role of external project management, my work included the control of all specialist disciplines from planning to construction and awarding individual trades.
Customer: US Department of Defense
For the US Department of Defense, I served as lead architect for numerous residential buildings within the barracks area.
OFFICE
Customer: SEF Stadtentwasserungsbetriebe Frankfurt, new construction of an office and workshop building, vehicle and warehouse, Frankfurt am Main
I acted as project manager for the public client SEF Stadtentwasserungsbetriebe Frankfurt as part of the commissioned general planning activities. Prior to the planning, a location analysis was carried out with the creation of a space usage concept, a new traffic concept, the future interconnected properties, and the dismantling of a parking deck and a warehouse.
Customer: Deutsche Bank, new construction and conversion of office space, Frankfurt
I acted as client representative and project manager as part of an overall measure to consolidate business areas. A particular challenge lay in the enormous complexity of the client's structures and the simultaneous coordination of external planners and specialist planners.
RETAIL
Customer: Phoenix Real Estate, shopping center: Das GERBER, Stuttgart
Building complex in downtown Stuttgart with a shopping center with a sales area of around 25,000 square meters, apartments and offices.
My tasks included the construction management of the back and earth building , which posed a particular challenge with listed facades and very complex foundations.
Customer: Inditex, Zara
Location: Constance
Gross floor area: 2,000 m²
Shopping center: LAGO.
Building complex with a view of Lake Constance on the edge of Konstanz.
For the landlord, I act in the role of project management for the tenant renovation. During ongoing operations, retail space is converted into a large unit and tenant requests such as expanding escalators and installing new elevators and stairs are implemented.
LABORATORY & PRODUCTION
Client: OPEL
Location: Rüsselsheim
GFA: 8,000 m²
Fire protection refurbishment measures K40. I supervised the planning of fire protection upgrades during ongoing operations.
Client: DOW
Location: Wiesbaden
GFA: 1,500 m²
Relocation and conversion of laboratories and machine rooms. I acted as lead architect for the industrial group in the context of conversion measures.
Client: ROLLS ROYCE
Location: Oberursel & Berlin
GFA: 100 - 5,000 m²
Conversion and restructuring measures.
For the cost management of various projects for Rolls-Royce Germany, I was responsible for the construction cost estimation and monitoring of on-time and on-budget execution in the role of Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager.
LOGISTICS
Customer: AMAZON, new construction of a parking garage, Raunheim
As part of the project management, the customer then built a system-built parking garage for the logistics property in the second construction phase. A particular challenge here was the coordination and conflict management of many stakeholders and the client's high security requirements.
Customer: Nvelop, new construction of various warehouse buildings
In the role of “peer review” I was the customer’s contact person for technical aspects and questions.
EDUCATION & FAIR
Customer: VOITH new construction of a training center, Heidenheim
I supervised the new building from the early competition phase up to performance phase 3 in the role of project manager.
Customer: Messe Frankfurt
Tendering and supervision of the architectural and geodetic evidence preservation measures with subsequent construction supervision.
